What is Tweaking?

Tweaking: This is the art of making small changes that fine-tune a piece of software or hardware. Tweaking sometimes refers to changing the values of underlying variables slightly to make the results of a program coincide with desired results. In this case, tweaking is not always a good thing since it undermines the integrity of the program.
